That's a project that have been a long time maturing. It came first following a pitch for a coffee company... I created a quick sketch and comp with the jar (missing here)
The original idea is built around a hive-type grid, and I kept it through the making of the piece, although the layout changed a bit to allow a bit more breathing space. It was intended as an editorial illustration, part abstract, part informative.
