This is based on an old character development idea I had a while ago (see sketch below). I decided to push the boundaries of what I could do with Photoshop alone regarding the 3D shapes, the hair was quite a challenge!
All the shapes have been made using Photoshop (no other specialist software have been used) and the resulting elements textured, lit and positionned in Adobe Dimension.
The water ripples are done in Photoshop and then placed as a graphic element in Dimension within the water surface.
